Day 0 — Diagnostics & planning
CBCT imaging, digital smile design, and impressions. The surgical guide and provisional bridge are prepared.
Day 1 — Implant surgery
Implants are placed with guided precision. Primary stability is measured to confirm immediate loading is safe.
Day 2–3 — Fixed provisional teeth
The CAD/CAM-milled bridge is fixed onto the implants. You eat, speak, and smile with fixed teeth from this point on.
Month 3–6 — Final restoration
After full osseointegration, the provisional is exchanged for the definitive, long-term bridge.
