Permanent Tooth Replacement

Dental Implants

A dental implant is a biocompatible titanium root that fuses with your jawbone, carrying a crown that looks, feels, and functions exactly like a natural tooth — for life.

Understanding Dental Implants

When a tooth is lost, the gap is only half the problem. The jawbone beneath begins to resorb, neighbouring teeth drift, and chewing forces redistribute unevenly. A dental implant replaces the missing root itself: a precision-machined titanium post is placed into the jaw, where it osseointegrates — biologically fuses — with the surrounding bone over a matter of weeks.

Dr. Qusai has placed implants for over two decades using German-certified protocols (DGI / DGZMK) and piezo-surgical techniques that protect soft tissue and accelerate healing. Every case is planned digitally on a CBCT scan before a single instrument touches the patient, so the surgery itself is short, precise, and predictable.

Is this right for you?

  • You are missing one, several, or all of your teeth
  • You want a fixed alternative to removable dentures
  • A bridge would mean grinding down healthy neighbouring teeth
  • You have an older implant or restoration that is failing
  • Your jawbone has receded — bone augmentation can rebuild it first

Why It Matters

The Benefits

What Dental Implants changes for you — clinically and in daily life.

A permanent solution

Unlike bridges or dentures, an osseointegrated implant is designed to last a lifetime with normal oral hygiene.

Protects your jawbone

The implant loads the bone the way a natural root does, halting the resorption that follows tooth loss.

Indistinguishable from natural teeth

Crowns are designed and milled in-house with CAD/CAM technology and matched to your smile in the esthetic zone.

No damage to healthy teeth

Neighbouring teeth are left untouched — no grinding down healthy enamel to anchor a bridge.

Peri-implantitis expertise

Dr. Qusai is a recognised specialist in managing peri-implant complications, including cases referred from other clinics.

Step by Step

Your Treatment Journey

Every case is planned digitally before surgery — here is how the treatment unfolds.

  1. Consultation & 3D diagnostics

A clinical exam plus a CBCT scan gives a complete three-dimensional picture of your bone volume, nerves, and sinus anatomy.

  2. Digital treatment plan

Implant position, angle, and depth are planned on screen — and discussed with you openly — before surgery is scheduled.

  3. Implant placement

The titanium implant is placed under local anaesthesia, typically in under an hour. Piezo surgery keeps tissue trauma minimal.

  4. Osseointegration

Over six to twelve weeks the bone fuses with the implant surface. Suitable cases can receive fixed teeth immediately instead.

  5. Final restoration

A custom crown is fitted to the implant. Bite, shade, and contour are checked until it disappears among your natural teeth.
