Beyond the Smile

Facial Implants & Reconstruction

Trauma, tumour surgery, and severe bone loss leave defects that ordinary dentistry cannot address. Facial implants and reconstructive procedures restore the structure of the jaw and midface — and with it, function, symmetry, and confidence.

The Treatment

Understanding Facial Implants & Reconstruction

Some patients come to the clinic with challenges far beyond a missing tooth: jaw defects after accidents or tumour resection, congenital asymmetries, or bone so atrophied that conventional implants have nowhere to anchor. These complex cases sit at the intersection of implantology and maxillofacial surgery — exactly where Dr. Qusai's training lies.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr. Qusai is a doctoral researcher in trauma surgery at UKGM in Germany, and his career began in surgical departments in Romania and Jordan's Ministry of Health. Reconstructive cases are planned three-dimensionally from CBCT data, often combining bone augmentation, custom implants, and staged prosthetics into a single coherent treatment plan.

Is this right for you?

  • You have a jaw defect from an accident or surgery
  • Severe bone atrophy rules out conventional implants
  • Previous reconstructive attempts have failed
  • You need both facial structure and teeth restored
  • You want one surgeon accountable for the whole journey

The Benefits

What Facial Implants & Reconstruction changes for you — clinically and in daily life.

Complex defects, one plan

Reconstruction, implant placement, and final prosthetics are sequenced and led by one surgeon — no fragmented care.

Backed by surgical research

Treatment draws on current trauma-surgery science through Dr. Qusai's ongoing PhD work at UKGM Germany.

Function first, then aesthetics

Chewing, speech, and airway are restored first; facial symmetry and the smile are built on that foundation.

Honest case selection

Every reconstructive case begins with a frank assessment of what surgery can and cannot achieve for you.

Step by Step

Your Treatment Journey

Every case is planned digitally before surgery — here is how the treatment unfolds.

  1. Comprehensive assessment

Clinical examination, CBCT imaging, and your full medical history establish the true extent of the defect.

  2. 3D reconstruction plan

The rebuild is planned digitally — bone volumes, implant positions, and the final prosthetic outcome, all before surgery.

  3. Staged surgery

Reconstruction proceeds in deliberate stages, each allowed to heal fully before the next builds upon it.

  4. Prosthetic rehabilitation

Fixed teeth and restored facial contours complete the treatment — function and appearance together.
